I am disappointed with the quality of the UE70TU7100KXXU TV. It stopped working after 19 months. I am waiting for a repair at my own expense, because samsung only gives a one-year warranty without the possibility of extension. For me, this is a deliberate trick to get rid of *****, and let the client worry later. I will not buy a TV by samsung online or any other brand anymore if it is not possible to extend the warranty. As for me, it will be better to buy in the store locally. Don't buy TV via the website or you will be disappointed.

That's not what we like to hear, @Members_X2vvbkr. Could we ask what the problem is with your TV, and whether you've been through any troubleshooting steps to try to fix the issue?

This exact thing happened to me a few months ago. Afforded it thanks to a student discount during a global pandemic to enjoy some movies and bought it from Samsung's online store without batting an eye, undoubtedly trusting the brand. Did not expect at all to have it sat in my front room without even switching on for a while now. I am beyond disappointed.

Having the same issue for the 2nd time with the same issue . Last time was 8 weeks without a TV and I have 2 small children who love to watch they favourite cartoons.
Was told the TV warranty would be extended for 90 days but the same part breaks down before then , its a joke , will 100% not buy Samsung again , customer service is terrible !!!
Saved all emails and have gone to trading standards, the engineer says the parts are amazing and the only tv they have encountered with this issue is ours , clearly not !!!!!

Samsung referred me to their repair people and have been told they can’t do anything about it as the tv won’t power on. Now I’m left in limbo

Trouble shooting. Check remotes. Check battery's. Check fuses and re-seat wires .
That's all obvious stuff .
There is an issue with this model and they must know it (samsung)

Mate all I can say is perseverance. I had my screen and the insides replaced eventually. Just stay calm and keep insisting that it’s their fault and due to expected life span of a tv is not 2 years they can ram the warranty. I had all these arguments and they relented
