Hi
I have the qe55q7fam tv, I constantly get tabs across the top saying "network cable disconnected " followed by "network cable connected". The 2 message go on hard rotation several times.
Often this happens when I don't even have the cable connected at all and I am using Wi-Fi to connect!
Anybody having the same issue?

Yeah when I read your post I didn't think it would fix this issue. When they replaced my Oneconnect they also gave me a new fiber cable. About 3 days later the message appeared again. Sometimes it comes up 3 times in one night then can be 2 to 3 days before it happens again.

Same here. This is not something we should accept from a high end tv.

I am facing the same issue with my Q90R. Going to report it as well. More complains they have, more pressure to fix it...

They just changed the SESK SVC terminal (box 12/2) which is located in the center of the screen and seems to be part of the motherboard. Will keep you updated.

Thanks, let us know if the error goes away. I still have a few months of warranty.

Error is back... after the third repair... I asked a new repair and now they tell me a new software update coming out very soon that should solve the problem. They don't even bother anymore to come over. This is my last samsung product, the worst service I ever had anywhere...

Thanks, always figured that this was a software issue, I do hope it finally gets resolved.

Praying what you've surfaced here comes true and a firmware update resolves this. I have 3 Samsung TV 2020 models 2 exactly the same 65" and one 75" and i'm only seeing this on 1 of the 65". But god i hope it's as simple as some firmware update.
Now for them to only also fix the notifications options in settings which doesn't do anything when turned off, still get annoying popups for things like smart device connect requests from my network.
