Last post i could find relating to this was old and without a resolution.

My TV is a UE49MU7000.  cURRENT vERSION: 1310. NO NEW UPDATES AVAILABLE.

Has there been any resolution to this? I am connected (Via eithernet) to a fairly new LINKSYS IP6 Mesh system, with no other issues. Usually between 10-20 times a day i get "Network Cable disconnected" "Network cable connected" messages... rather annoying.... Has Samsung issues even an aknowlegement of the problem, let alone an update/fix, or is that too much to ask for?

I too have the same issue. At this point it looks like either the hardware in the TV is absolute junk or there’s a software bug. I get the disconnect/connected messages randomly through the day. Sometimes when powering on from standby it just forgets it’s connected to the internet altogether.

Very annoying.

I'm having the exact same issue. It started after replacing my Asus router with a Linksys Velop. Only happening on the Samsung UN70 TV with ethernet connection. It worked fine on the Asus router. 30 other devices both ethernet and WiFi working without issue.

Anyone ever find a solution?
