Device closes wifi connection after being in standby mode for > 6 minutes, so unable to access it remotely!
The SmartThings Hub also goes offline, which is ridiculous.
This started within the last few days. Firmware 1520. What I can't understand is why this is happening now, as the latest software has been installed for some time and this issue is just now appearing.
Looks like a new bug reported by many users. It is said to be caused by the OLED logo that appears at start up. The TV doesn't 'properly' go into standby, it shuts itself off completely. So SmartThings can't detect TV.

Hi @rafm5
Are you still having this issue? If so, could we take the full model code of your TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Many Reddit users are reporting the same issue. Resetting to factory defaults several times has solved the problem so far. For some it did not.

My problem is now solved, but definitely not by a firmware update. It randomly disappeared. OTA update? I don't know. If Samsung is so sure that the firmware update will fix the problem, they should be able to provide more details about the source of the bug and confirm which firmware will fix it.
