I have a new Q800T and I get this "Check device power screen". It takes 1-2 minutes for it to finally go to the next screen to game, it is unplayable in Game mode, screen flashes constantly. The moment game mode is turned off screen goes back to normal but exiting or entering a game, same device power screen for 1-2 minutes.
I can game fine in non-game mode but I lose the benefits of it. I have tried multiple 48gbs hdmi cables and no change. The Xbox is plugged in game port #4. If it is in 1-3 no issue at all as well as my PS4 in port #2 works fine.
75Q800t, firmware 1113.
Please help, this is a brand new TV and if the port is bad I need to replace the tv because this is unacceptable for such an expensive tv

I have exact same issue with Samsung Frame TV 55' 2021 model, when I try to connect Xbox Series x in Hdmi 4 2.1 port.
Current version: 1805.4
Please help. TV is updated to latest version.
