Proof of 5 year warranty

New member here so apologies if this has been asked a thousand times before!

Currently got a fault on my 18 months and 9 days old TV! 

To cut a very long and boring story short I have been asked to provide proof of 5 Year Warranty which I found and screenshot but now Samsung require a full page screenshot!

I can't find where I originally found my warranty, can someone please point me in the right direction?

@Turvey You will find the confirmation of your 5 year extended warranty via an email. You will be able to screenshot the entire email or you can forward it to uk.technical@samsung.com

Can't seem to screenshot the whole page though!

Will forward it using reference number.
