Hello,
I am looking for help. I have a series 6 Samsung TV and I am having issues streaming Netflix, Amazon, iplayer and Disney plus to the television. The TV is connected to the internet but when I go to launch the app(s) they will not open. I have turned the TV off, unplugged it and held down the power button but this only resolves the problem for 4 or 5 days then I have do it again. Can you please provide support or guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Could we take the full model code and software version of your TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
