Problem conecting the tv to the internet

Hello there, i recently got an old samsung smart tv UE40D6100, it's pretty old, but i want to connect it to the internet.

I plugged in the ethernet cable, in the settings says that it's connected to the internet but when i try to go to samsung apps it says it's not. I tried and changed the cable ports but none seems to work.

Any tips? Thank you.

Factory reset it and see if that works

This is another problem, i can't find the factory reset button anywhere in the settings, google says it's in self diagnosis, it is not

The only reset buttton i could find is the smart hub reset, but it didn't help
