OLED TV NOT showing PS5 through HDMI

I have recently purchased the 65” S95C and after initial setup of the PS5 via HDMI it will just show the HDMI not connected screen whenever it is selected.

Other consoles show and work consistently and have tried multiple different ports and different HDMI cables but no difference.  The same PS5 works and shows perfectly well on the Frame TV in another room.

can anyone suggest why this is the case? 

firmware is updated to current version and Samsung soundbar is connected via optical cable.

I bought Samsung the frame 75’ a month ago, my PlayStation 5 was working and suddenly it stopped. It shows that is perfectly connected but I can’t get in my games. Can someone help me with this please. It’s frustrating

It's possible this is a settings issue. Haven't changed any settings lately? You're still not safe. If you have a relatively new TV, the chances of a software update are more likely. Sometimes software updates reset settings to the default. IMHO, that behavior is a bug, not a feature. Nonetheless, check some of the earlier postings in this thread to see if something has changed. Pay particular attention to the External Device Manager settings in the Connection panel of All Settings. As I mentioned earlier, that one fixed a very similar problem for me.

@MGB4: If the problem persists, check the HDMI connection on the both the PS5 and the TV itself to ensure that it is connected securely. Furthermore 1) Press and hold the Power button on your PS5 to perform a soft reset 2) Power off the TV, unplug it at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and power back on. 3) Unplug your router for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and allow time for the calibration process to complete. 

If you're still having issues, please can you describe what you see when you select the HDMI source that the PS5 is connected to?

Just turning gamd mode off seems to be working for me. But when I turned the TV off and came back the next day the stupid settings had game mode back to auto
