Have 2 Samsung smart tv’s with Samsung LAN adapters, one works with Netflix, the other gives message ‘unable to connect.. I have swapped around adapters with no success. The model with problem is UE46ES5500 KXXU LAN ADAPTERS SN WIS1X4HDI00229M. I would’ve very grateful for any help. Thanks
@PCH2: Is it just Netflix that you're experiencing issues with? Are you able to access other web based apps without the error occurring? The UE46ES5500 user manual lists the following LAN adapters as being compatible - WIS09ABGNX or WIS12ABGNX - so this may be why you're encountering a problem, however if Netflix is the only affected app, then it is likely to be a compatibility issue with the app itself. With this in mind, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Netflix to see is this helps?
