Remote blinking + TV doesn't turn on

Hello!

My Samsung The Frame 55" has suddenly stopped working.

It doesn't turn on and there is no red standby light plus the remote is blinking red.

I have checked all the cables/plugs/batteries and tried all the tricks found in other posts but nothing happened.

Can anyone enlighten me on what the problem could be?

@CaFi: Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Frame TV. Can you try unplugging the TV at the wall for around 30 seconds, then plus it back in to see if this helps. Can you also try pointing the remote control at the Samsung badge on the TV, then press and hold the Return and Play/Pause buttons together to repair the remote. If the TV remains unresponsive then please reach out to our Help Desk via the link below, where an advisor will be able to assist you further, and arrange any necessary repairs.
