I am constantly having a pop up that interferes with my control of the tv. Can not do anything until I close it and it just keeps coming back. Is there a way to prevent this. Tv is useless with this continually Happening. Any help out there? Samsung UN55TU7000K.

Are you still having this issue? If so, could we take the current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
