This seems to be fairly common. Some say resetting the TV works, others say reinstalling the app works. Seems you can turn it off, I found:-
On newer Samsung smart-TV models, click the Settings icon in the main menu, look for Support, then scroll down to Terms & Policies.

There, you’ll see several options, including Viewing Information Services, Interest Based Advertising, and Voice Recognition Services.

Turn off Viewing Information Services to prevent the TV from sending ACR data to Samsung.

@Rony Neseem: If your TV is currently unresponsive, then I recommend getting in touch with the Samsung Support Team in your region, where an advisor will be able to assist you further. To do so, head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and get in touch via your preferred contact channel, where one of our TV & AV specialists will be able to look into this for you, and arrange an inspection if necessary.

Hey @Rony Neseem! Official Samsung parts can only be provided during an engineer's repair. Please note that DIY repair advice cannot be posted on the Community, as it is against the terms of service. A post on this can be found here: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/news-rules-faqs/community-policy-on-dangerous-diy-unorthodox-rep...

Some of us who trusted your products enough to buy from Europe and use in Central African apparently we are royally screwed. I didn't even use the thing for a month now not only do I have to start replacing parts I don't even have the means to aquire a good one.

Thanks for the update. Just don't understand how a simple software issue can be fixed by a them, giving rise to a hardware replacement.
