I recently had my Samsung tv in a storage for a year just got it out and plugged it up and notice a wierd mark in left bottom corner the screen has no damage and at first thought it was pressure mark from it leaning on something but the colors in that section work perfecting just look like a cloudy mark I have pictures below if anyone can chime in I just want to know what route I should take in fixing this the white spots on pic is fine that is from Samsung Home Screen as well the picture with black screen is PlayStation home screen where you can’t see it

@Needhelpty: Please can you confirm the model number of the TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device? Have you tried cleaning the affected area of the screen with a dry, microfibre cloth?

@Needhelpty: If you head to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test, is the issue visible in the sample image? Furthermore, is the mark visible on all channels and sources?

If so, then I recommend heading to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Support, and get in touch via your preferred contact method, where an advisor will be on hand to assist you further and look at your available repair options. If the TV is over 12 months old then it is now outside the standard warranty period, therefore please be aware that any necessary repairs will be chargeable.
