Help please *

Ok so I am ready to buy I spoke with somebody from Samsung yesterday and they told me free delivery and wall mount will include a wall mount they will come unpack bring a wall mount and put the TV on the wall and I've just had a look on the website and it says you have to buy a wall mount already this isn't very clear if I choose the option free delivery and wall mount do I need to also buy a wall mount?

Apologies for the confusion, @Ads1987. The Delivery and Wallmount options, do not include the cost of the Wallmount itself. You would need to purchase this separately. Hope this helps!

Hi Chris, thanks for that. I also spoke with somebody from Samsung today on a video call very nice guy anyway I have ordered a TV a sound bar and the wall bracket and I chose free delivery and warmount at £0.00 he told me today on the phone it will all get delivered but another company will contact me and arranged to wall mount will they actually put the wall mount onto the wall then the TV on the wall as well is that correct?

@Ads1987: Hi there. If you have chosen the 'Free delivery and wall mount' option, then a specialist team will unpack, set up and wall mount your new TV. I don't have access to the name of the company that will carry out the installation, as this is likely to vary by region, but please be assured that the TV will indeed be mounted as part of the service.

Hi Chris thanks for the information. I believe it will be a company called orderworks, I've just been reading the reviews and it's worried me a little. I will receive my tv, soundbar and wall mount on Monday the 13th , when will they contact me and how? Do samsung pass on the information I'm guessing so?.. are they usually quick as I don't want to be stuck with out watching etc ? Thanks Chris
