Disappearance of the image after last update 13/09/2018 on a Samsung TV

first good morning. I am thankful in advance to who will be helping me to find a solution to my problem. Two days ago, there was an update for smart tv app in my Samsung TV. Everything was fine and just after that there image has disappeared but the song of the emissions is cLear. Update was made automatically unfortunately. Please if you could advise I will be again thankful

Could you give us a little more info on this please? What's the model code and current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Hello I have the same software on the ue65mu7072, software T-KTMDEUC-1240.7,BT-S. I would like to revert to the previous software, is this possible and if so how.
