Every time I turn on my tv, the closed captioning is enabled. When I go to the CC setting to turn it off, it already is off. I close the dialog and I no longer see closed captioning. What can I do to have it not enabled every time I turn on the tv?

Came here to say this. I can’t get mine off. My remote sucks. The channel up/down is the same as cc/ad? Whatever ad is, I don’t know.
