It was working fine yesterday and last night it stopped working on all Samsung TV Plus channels. I am partially deaf so I really need the closed captioning function. I have tried turning the captions off and back on but that didn't work. Any ideas?

@Covaxani: At this stage, please can you confirm the model number of your TV for me? This can be found on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV.
In the meantime, please try powering off the TV > Unplug it at the wall > Unplug your router for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for the calibration process to complete > Plug your TV back in, and power back in using the remote.
If the issue persists, then please take a look at the guide in the link below, to see if this helps.

I should add that the captions are working fine on Direct TV, just not any channel on Samsung TV Plus.

@Covaxani: If you press the middle button on your Smart Remote while TV Plus is open, scroll to the bottom of the side menu > Settings (cog symbol) > Subtitle(s), is 'Subtitles' toggled on in the Accessibility settings?

I don't see a subtitles option, just close captions (which is on). There is an option for separate closed caption but it is marked as unavailable.

Have cu7000 CC disappeared when use tv. CC works using apps like Netflix.
CC works after soft reset as you describe. But then randomly disappear on tv use. Soft reset brings CC back.
Any suggestions? Will I have to do soft reset continuously?
