Hello,
I have a Samsung TQ77S92D TV. I'm having a problem with Alexa. I ask it to change channels, but it doesn't work. It responds, but doesn't execute. What could be the problem?

Hi @Members_A7qISf3 Welcome to the Samsung Uk/Ireland/European communities
check you have the latest update. if you go to Menu -Settings-- All Settings -General & Privacy -Voice >-Voice Assistant, are you still signed in? You could try signing out/in of your Amazon Account. QR code should display on TV which will take you to a sign in link.
Additionally if checked everything else could try a Hard Reboot, unplug the Tv from the mains for around 5 minutes to see if that makes a difference, A Factory Reset would be another option. Whilst your wifi seems to be fine also an idea to Reboot the Router.
