Hi All,

I have some issues with the monitor specified in the subject and thought maybe a firmware update could address that: the monitor blinks / goes black randomly just as when the computer goes to sleep mode. (Also, the very left of the panel has some, few pixel-wide display glitches from top to bottom that the service could not address yet. To be clear, I do not expect this latter to be solved by any software updates.) The current software version on the monitor is M-A6U00SGZA-1004.0, while the last available one on the product page is 1016, so there is some hope...

  1. Too bad that the site contains no information whatsoever on what the update file would address and if it worth at all for me to spend any time with it.
  2. Despite I formatted a USB stick to FAT32 (also tried with exFAT) , the monitor does not recognize the copied update file on it. Of course, I copied to the root directory as per the instructions right after extracting the downloaded ZIP file. I did not rename it either: M-A6U00SGZA-1016.0[7DAB].Bin
  3. The on-display message says: "No update found on your USB device. Please chech your USB device and try again. (File name: M-A6U00SGZA-****)" I guess I can exclude that formatting the drive is not up to par as it sees that but not the update file, which is on the device actually.
  • Could anyone provide me any advise how to proceed?
  • If anyone has any information on the change log, please be so kind to share as it may not resolve the issue at all and I may very well just waste my time with it.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

You've probably already tried this, but consider using a different USB stick, a different unzip program, or re-downloading the file.
