I have a SAMSUNG The Frame LS03T. 

I have tried power cycling both the tv and the router. 

I tried to soft reset, hard reset, connecting the tv with smartThings app, accepting the terms and conditions on my laptop, reconnect to the wifi, EVERYTHING!!! And it is still not working. 

For context wise, I got this tv from China and shipped it to Singapore. 

I am stuck on this page for hours after all the troubleshooting and I am so frustrated. IMG_3305.PNGIMG_3306.jpg

My TV was working well! Everything just stopped working now I am stuck at the same place you. The was a software update last week. It messed-up everything. Not this tv is useless.

We set up a new Samsung account  which worked for a few weeks. Now we are back in the same place again.
