Can't complete Setup.. Can't agree to TERMS AND CONDITIONS, server is down and under maintenance, try later..

Hello, I got stuck in :

1) "terms and agreement". It says, server is currently down and under maintenance, please try later.. 

2) Smart Hub connection test . It fails in the last step with an error on Samsung apps.. (please see the attached screenshots for all the error messages and the tv model)

Please assist.. would appreciate it very much.. thank you

Hi there, @Shwaybz. Just to let you know, I removed one of the photos that you enclosed, as I could still see the serial number of your TV. I felt it was best to conceal this information from public view, as it's personal/unique to you.

I appreciate that this is a very basic step, but have you tried powering off your TV, unplugging it, leaving it off for a few minutes, and then trying the setup again?

Although it's quite a simple process, doing this can and does "kickstart" things again. Please let me know.

I've tried everything, it's going back in the box and back to Argos I'll buy a lg instead

I fixed mine by putting it back in the box and returning it to buy a competing brand with better software

Judging by the number of responses and people suggesting they have a similar problem, turning it on and off doesn't work and Samsung has the problem. Any further ideas?
