@Sadmytvaintworking: If you can't see the menu when you press the Home button on the remote, please try pressing and holding the Power button on the remote until the TV restarts, and continue to hold the button until the boot logo is displayed on screen. If the issue persists, and is present on all channels and sources, then an engineers inspection will be required in order to get to the root of the problem, and return the TV to working order.
