Youtube voice search not working on Samsung TV

Hi, 

I have a FHD T6500 TV. 

Recently, I discovered that I couldnt use the Youtube voice search as my micphone button on my remote doesnt hold the voice search button on Youtube. I tried resetting my profile but didnt work. Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix?

Do you have youtube premium? I just tried using 'guest profile' on my TV and the voice search worked fine there. I submitted a feedback to Youtube.

Same with mine. Stopped working last July and hasn’t worked since. 
Samsung has said to me that it will be fixed in an update but I’ve just given up now. Works fine on my Sony and LG tvs.

Yup, that worked. Use guest account works. 

I had premium and then stopped the service.    

Seems dumb to have this issue.

I do not have premium account but still does not work.  You tube voice stopped working a week ago. Tried repairing,  resetting. Nothing works. Yes works on the guest account but not if logged into your own account or any account

I don't know what happened but mine seems to have started working again about a month ago or so. Maybe you need log a case with YouTube

I have Samsung  TU8000 55 INCH TV. When I click the mic button on TV the search starts blinking and the input is not put.

Please help, if possible.
