App missing in Samsung TV (2023) - Crunchyroll

Hello, App missing in Samsung TV (2023) - Crunchyroll is the app name. TV is is located in Sweden. See attachment, Crunchyroll says it is supposed to be available. I Have also contacted Crunchyroll and they do not know why this is missing.

They have made a new app and it is available in US, UK and Spain. Crunchyroll has said that it should be available in Sweden too but it is missing. Can you fix that please?

They need to make the app specifically for the 2023 version of the TV.

The app does not transfer over automatically from previous versions of the app and TV.

The app developer is responsible for the app's functionality and accessibility. Samsung only contributes a platform where the various app developers can then develop their own apps for the best possible range.

The app developer has been contacted and they replied that the app is now available worldwide on Samsung TV. Can you please contact Crunchyroll and confirm that there has been no malfunction in Samsung App Store? Thank you.
