A brand new Q60C delivered 5 days ago. All apps installed and all seems fine. But BBC Iplayer not streaming, error 02103. Samsung support over the next 3 days checked everything, reser smart hub, router and reset all apps, still no luck. Samsung will escalate with BBC. BBC issued this statement July 4 https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/help/issues/connected-tv/crashing-samsung-tv but my tv is not on this list. Does anybody else have a similar issue? #bbciplayer

Seems to be finally working today. I think there's been a firmware update.

I know this is months later (was just checking to see if there's a fix yet) but to answer your question, we use Virgin as our broadband and cable TV provider which comes with its own set top box.

I actually don't think the problem involved the broadband supplier at all.
As David273 said above, it seems that there has been a firmware update, as for the last month it seems that the problem has been fixed for me - touch wood!
