Qe55qn90b Buffering stream services

My QE55QN90B keeps buffering streaming services every few minutes
 
It happens with:  
BBC iPlayer
Netflix
Amazon Prime
ITV X
Disney+
BT Sport
 
Internet Speed 75mps down 28 up. None of these services buffers when run through a laptop via Wifi or PC via ethernet or on other (LG) TVs in the same network.
 
It's connected via a tested Cat 6 cable to the router
 
The TV's SmartHub tests all pass
I've tried different ethernet cables
I've rebooted the router
I've reset the Smart Hub
I've factory reset the TV
 
Firmware is 1520.7 BT-S
 
Any ideas what's wrong with the TV?

Something to try. Tether your phone to tv as a wi fi mobile hotspot. This solved my tv app issues and indicates there is an issue with my Samsung Q80 tv and network, most likely router.

My TV has started doing this over the last couple of weeks! It was fine before then. I’ve tried everything but no joy. Streams fine from Amazon box and BT TV; it just effects TV apps. Found a solution yet k1s?

No, still not fixed. 

Samsung support dialled into remotely, poked about a bit and then asked me to 'monitor the situation'.  They then called (randomly, during the day when I was out, refusing to pre-schedule ), didn't reach me and declared the support ticket resolved.
