I have just plugged in my new TV and keep getting an error message pop up across the screen and cannot access Netflix. Have updated the Netflix app and checked TV software (which is updated).

The message is: A malicious process has been
blocked. [Process:
58D500122005000085ACF6C5C9
ED3D38

 

Help!  This makes the TV useless with constant error message and not able to use Netflix!

Yes. And reset it to factory settings. Still have same issue. The tv is a 32” frame model.

@P35: Where did you purchase the TV from? Is the issue only occurring with the Netflix application? Have you downloaded any apps from third party sites since setting up the TV?

Same here. It's only Netflix, it was factory downloaded so it can't be deleted
