2023 QN700C Neo QLED 8K HDR 65'' Rebooting

Had this TV six months and have been trying to get it fixed since day one!! It keeps rebooting itself randomly. Been on the phone to Samsung lots, they have logged into it countless times, changed settings and configurations, they have changed the firmware, they have updated the software... It goes on and on and on. Here we are, six months later and still the same problem!!

I purchased it from Marks Electrical, I called them the same day it was delivered and reported this issue, they referred me to Samsung. Samsung booked a 'repair' and a local shop called me and said I have to pay for them to come and collect it! 

Anyone got any suggestions?

If your Samsung TV keeps rebooting, it could be due to a software or hardware issue. Here are some things you can try: 

Power cycle: With the TV on, press and hold the power button on your remote until the TV turns off and back on. 

Update firmware: If your TV connects to the internet, check for software updates and install them. 

Check the power cord: Make sure the power cord is securely plugged in and isn't damaged. 

Check for foreign matter: Make sure there's no foreign matter around the power button on the remote. 

If these steps don't work, you can try a factory reset. If that doesn't work, you can contact Samsung customer support or a technician
