Hi,
Yesterday my Samsung QLED TV QE55Q9F 2018 spontaneously switched off to reboot again.
After rebooting it would again switch off in about 20 sec to reboot again.
This sequence kept going on until I unplugged the power.
You can hear the one connect box clicking, indicating a full restart.
After plugging in the power again all seems to work fine again until after 20 minutes this behaviour repeated.
I then reset the tv settings, uncoupled other devices (HDMI) and disabled the eco timer and set Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) to off.
I then switched the TV to on (directly removed batteries from remote: to exclude a faulty remote switch). TV has latest firmware for years already. So all Sumsung web site suggestions did not help.
Again after half an hour it switched off again to remain in an endless reboot cycle.
Later again after 20 minutes watching tv.
What could be wrong?
Hate to see this reboot issue (must be because the One Connect detects an unwanted state) meaning probably the end of life of my TV since the screen is still perfect.
Edit: Today I switched the TV on for test and it ran for 4 hrs without an issue. I don't like the fact I can't reproduce the error. Like the known 'no signal' error which shows occassionally when switching on.
Sometimes no signal at switching on on QLED - Samsung Community

Every so often my 75" The frame tv doesn't spontaneously turn off, but rather gives me the "one box error." The screen goes black and shows a warning ⚠️ sign above the one box. I disconnect everything and reconnect everything until it works again. It's the most annoying thing ever.
