Hi everyone,
Brought this tv 6 months ago and on the screen appear multiple black spots around the screen, I've contact technical support and they said it's in tolerance also if I want a engineer to come to mi house to have a look I need to pay for. First time when I buy Samsung products and last time.

You should be happy they offered you an option when an engineer can visit your house even for money. The options Samsung offered me each time is to take my appliances to the service center lol

I can't be happy for that as is a brand new tv, I've paid for nearly £2000, previous had an Sony bravia no issue at all with this tv, I should buy another Sony TV this is my big mistake what I did

I understand. Samsung isn't a bad manufacturer, they just have terrible support and repair\replacement options in some countries which means they don't care. Feel sorry for your situation 😞

really appreciate your support, it's my opinion regarding the samsung products they are terrible as customer service. How I said I learn my lesson now and no more samsung products for me and if someone asks me my feedback for them will be 0
