Hi,
Somehow our The frame 2022 (4K QLED TV QE43LS03BAUXXC) only wants to search for bluetooth devices. The remote works only to put the tv on or off, but other than that it wont let us enter anything else and starts searching for devices through bluetooth. We have tried switching it on and off and unplugging all there is to unplug, but it still keeps acting up. Does anyone have some clue on what could be the issue?
