I have an old TV (model UE50RU7400UXZT) and I've just realised that bluetooth connection does not work anymore. I have tried pairing different devices (airpad, headphones) but none of them worked.
The TV somehow detects the device in pairing mode but when I try to associate it and connect nothing happens. I get an error message saying something like "check if the device is on".
I have tried cancelling all the old devices on the list, unplugging and replugging the TV, I have verified that the software is updated... Nothing.
Any idea? Maybe it's just an HW problem to the bluetooth adaptor?
