@Edgie70: Please try heading to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode, and try the different modes on offer to see if you notice an improvement. If the issue persists, select 'Expert Settings' and adjust the Contrast, Brightness, Sharpness, Colour and Tint (G/R) to your preference.
If the issue is only present on a certain channel, or when viewing specific content, then this may be a problem with the content itself, and not the overall picture quality of the TV.
