TV turns on adter 3 mimutes off

My Samsung TV is connected to Smartthings on my A54 smart phone. I turn off the TV by remote unit or Smartthings remote. After 3 minutes consistently, the TV turns itself back on. The only way to stop this is to switch power off at the wall. Anyone else have this problem and how to solve it?

@Mark184: Please can you confirm the model number of your TV? This can be found in Settings > Support > About TV, or on the sticker on the back of the device. 

In the meantime, next time the issue occurs, please head to Settings > Support > About TV, and check the Event Logs > Power On Reason, to see if this helps to shed light on what might be causing your TV to power on unexpectedly.

If it notes that the TV was powered on via SmartThings, then please head to Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On With Mobile, and toggle this option off.
