Hi, if you have a Samsung account on the tablet you can unlock it by using Samsung Find my mobile website otherwise you will have to factory reset it.

Hi. I can help. So you shut down your phone. You have one option if you don't have a Samsung account on your device but the option applies you to erase all of your data in your internal storage. But you shut down the power. Then you turn it on but keep your fingers on the volume down, power button. (If you have a bixby button on your device press that down to. Hold it until it changes to a screen saying one ui or something like that. Where will be an option to erase the phone. Click it and you will be able to reset up your phone.
