Can anyone help ? I have a S4 Tab that my deceased dad left, I have contacted Samsung technical support who won't help me remove the Google password as I do not have a receipt for it and will not accept a copy of my dads death certificate and were quite unhelpful about it. So is there a way or do it or do I take a hammer to it and send them the video as I'm quite upset that it's very wasteful to discard a fully functional like new tablet that was my dad's, all because samsung will not help. Thanks in advance.
