Hello all! Currently, at least in my device, a Samsung A50 is not possible to switch the background light duration to infinite, only to maximum 10 minutes. It would be good to have an option such as until I turn it off, because when using certain apps in the background that only run with the screen on it is uncomfortable to be always switching it up every 10 minutes. In my specific case I am using an app with affirmations to hear while sleeping and past 10 minutes cant hear anymore, it is a bit annoying. And at least with options and not by default, everyone can choose whatever they like! 😊

Recently diagnosed with a condition which means that I sometimes have dizzy spells that lead to passing out. I was advised about having a medical ID and seen that they do ones that stick on the back of your phone. It would be good to have something that stands out on the screen with the 'Always on Display' function.

Hi, I kind of hate the finger print reader being on the front of the screen its a weird angle to read your finger print. I would love to get a finger print reader on the back of the phone again or even to have the option for either or both

So why don't Samsung have Samsung kids without the adults screen lock code/password either let child create their own pin/password or remove so if the screen locks while they are in lids mode they don't need to keep getting an adult to unlock. Samsung Kids is brill otherwise, but won't be buying a samsung tablet until the kids screen lock has been resolved.

Hi Samsung, I love to use suggested answers on the outer screen in my flip 3 phone. But I really would appreciate to change them to my preferences. Hope you will see that and think abut this in next updates to your software. Love your job and phones. Thank you!

Hello samsung, I bought a tab s7 in Kuwait and am currently living in chennai, tamilnadu, india. I am searching for a spen nib replacement and a book cover case (black) and I am not able to find genuine nibs and covers, I have also checked several samsung service centres and stores, I did buy nibs from a samsung service center, but they were too thin and broke, I don't think they are meant for the tab s7, but rather the s22 ultra or note20. Please bring the replacement nibs and book cover case (not looking for the keyboard case) back in stock in tamilnadu and possibly everywhere else. Thank you for your time, A loyal customer Hemant

I have a flip cover case on my s22 ultra and I use Spotify at work a lot I was thinking wouldn't it be a beneficial feature to have pause/skip buttons in the little corner that shows time? I think that is a feature I would use a lot with this case.

Samsung gives us gazillion “unnecessary” options that most of the users either don’t know about or don’t care about. We are getting older… that sucks. I see well enough, though not enough to clearly see the date and especially the charge level on the locked screen without glasses. Wouldn’t be such a simple thing to give us option to adjust the size of the fonts for date and charge level? So far I have not found solution anywhere… Am I the only one having this problem? Always on-screen small font size

Hello Team, I suggest you to enable, send replies option to the messages/whatsapp messages we receive using Bixby voice commands on the cover screen in Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 without opening the mobile. It will be very useful when we were in a position to unable to open the mobile. Hoping it will be available with future updates. Make the lock screen activate when getting a new notification if detailed notifications are selected. In short: The way it works now the lock screen only lights up for notifications from the Samsung messages app If detailed notifications are selected. Make it work like the way it does on iPhone. I think this would benefit all Samsung users.

Currently I can set only one type of Always On, which will be used in all situations. I want this: - When on wireless charger, I want Always On is landscape mode - When not in charger I want it to be in portrait - When at home on home wifi, I want everything on, when I'm at work or in the pub I want it to disable calendar appointments - When in pocket I want it off - and what ever other crazy ideas you will come with Please add some tune up features in settings.

So let's say that you happen to leave your phone laying around and someone picks the phone up and uses the lock screen camera shortcut and proceeds to spam take photos right? To fix this I think there should be a pin code & or password & or fingerprint optional feature setting that you can enable and setup that will be needed in order to access the phones lock screen camera shortcut feature and be able to use the camera. And I do know that there is a feature to entirely enable/disable the lock screen camera shortcut feature, but I personally really do think that most people like to use that feature especially if you got to capture a picture quickly and easily to be able to capture that amazing picture that they are trying to take. Whenever I leave the Netherlands the clock starts showing a at home time and a local time. I know this can be turned off, but I would suggest adding another option. I would prefer that a second clock is only shown when I am actually leaving my time zone. I would suggest linking roaming data of countries in the same time zone together in order for a second clock to be only be shown when you are in a country / region in another time zone.

This is why I suggest you bring more customization options for the homescreen and/or lockscreen.
