Hi,
since he last update of the smart home App (iOS version) the app does not work at all.
At the beginning it did crash every time during "connecting to server" - after Deinstallation and Installation it does not connect anymore to the smart home device (air condition in my case). He smart device itself is connected to Wifi and can be reached via PING....
i neeed help 😉

Yes I tried code 020010 which turned on central control, but I still saw "No indoor unit" after restarting the system, and also after deleting and re-adding the wi-fi kit to SmartThings. I found a manual for my unit and based on that I then set option 210000 which enabled external control, but it still didn't work.

I cant get my EHS SPLIT HYD AE090JNYDGH/EU B to work correct with wifi kit mim-ho4en i can control on/off and auto/heat/cool/temp but thats it. Main reason i bought it was for energy monitoring. Any ideas What to do???

Dear all
This problem has re-surfaced for me.
I have the following:
Washing machine model code - WW10H9600EW
IOS Software version - 16.0.2
App version - Samsung Smart Home Ver 3.1194.960 (updated about 1yr ago)
I also tried installing the washer on Samsung SmartThings, but observe the model is not supported.
Is there an App that still works with this model?
