Smart things Energy monitor not working with windfree elite

Hello, I just installed my new 4 windfree élite air conditioner, connected to smart things, to discover Energy monitor Is not supported. The latest and greatest from Samsung, not supported?

I am presuming you have sent a similar post to your AC company as well.

It takes two to tango.

And sending this as feedback to both companies would help in the future.

To send feedback to Samsung please use the support tab on Members app.

Energy monitoring is a new addition to smarthings and I'm sure more devices will be added as time goes on.

Actually Wind Free Élite  Is the latest AC from Samsung. This Is Why I was surprised of lack of feature support

There are certain Samsung WindFree Elite models that are not yet fully supported by SmartThings, and energy monitoring is only available on some air conditioner models. You should also check the Samsung SmartThings compatibility list as your device may not have this feature.
