Is there a phone number to contact someone re getting my SmartThings hub welcome code?

got an email reply asking to allow access to my account but was then ghosted.

The welcome code (for a v2 hub anyway) is printed on a sticker inside the unit. Just remove the cover (like you're going to replace the batteries) and you'll see it. I don't understand why they make that information so hard to find.
