Hi. Does anyone know how to manually update the firmware on an old smart things sth-eth-200 hub please? I have 2 that are on 000.014.00037 and won’t let me turn on automatic updates. I’ve tried a hard reset but it doesn’t help.
Trying to ask Samsung for help has been a joke, I got redirected to log a request on links that don’t work or on a members app that is only available for android.
