My smart things app is not functioning, it is not running my light routines or turning off and on the lights. These are the Philips Hue lights. It is working using the Hue app however not on SmartThings. I have reset the hub, WiFi, restarted the phone and even gotten a family member to try off their phone..
Please do suggest what else I can try.
