Wrong trade in value for S23 Ultra on the UK website (256GB is better value than 1TB)

As the title says, trading in the 256GB gives a better value than both 512GB and 1TB. This must be a mistake. 

Is there somewhere I can report this?

I hope they correct as I spoke to another agent on the chat who said that 256gb is more popular and therefore has more value which makes zero sense. If I go to any used phones store I will definitely pay more for the 512gb or 1tb S23 Ultra.

Maybe this will change or one might get a better return by selling privately,  but not on a selling site.
