I've currently got an S24 Ultra on the Samsung Flex scheme. As the S25 Ultra will be released soon, I was wondering whether anyone had any information on whether Samsung will offer an upgrade to switch to the S25 Ultra (like they used to on the upgrade scheme)?

I can confirm we don't have any 'replacements' per se to the Upgrade Programme, but there is the Flex Programme, which is a little similar. Check out the following link for more information on the matter: https://www.samsung.com/uk/samsung-flex/
Please note though, Flex is currently unavailable to new customers, and we're unable to provide you with a timestamp as to when this will be available.

That's a little strange. Try reaching out to the Support Team on 0333 003 3777, as they'll be able to look into this further for you. Lines are open 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

Hi, @BeneB. That's strange. Have you reached out to the Support Team using the Helpline number provided to see if it can help access your Flex account (and resolve the error you're encountering)?
