Unable to login to the Flex Lounge

With the upcoming Unpacked event approaching fast, I have been trying to login to my Flex account every day for the last month to see what my options are. I am hoping to upgrade to the S25 Ultra.

Getting the error: "We’re currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later."

Have tried on different browsers and different devices but always get the above error.

Was wondering, is anyone else having this issue? Getting increasingly worried that this won't be resolved and that I will miss the pre-order period.

I've currently got an S24 Ultra on the Samsung Flex scheme. As the S25 Ultra will be released soon, I was wondering whether anyone had any information on whether Samsung will offer an upgrade to switch to the S25 Ultra (like they used to on the upgrade scheme)?

Hi and welcome, most likely based on prior handset offerings.

That said do your maths and check if it's worth it once you add your SIM and how much you put in for the S24.

I'm struggling to see anything concrete on this either. The old upgrade programme closed as of 24/1/24 and I read it like there is no replacement programme. Which would be a shame as been with it since the S10 I think.

Are there moderators on these forums?

Hey @bwestwood !

I can confirm we don't have any 'replacements' per se to the Upgrade Programme, but there is the Flex Programme, which is a little similar. Check out the following link for more information on the matter: https://www.samsung.com/uk/samsung-flex/

Please note though, Flex is currently unavailable to new customers, and we're unable to provide you with a timestamp as to when this will be available.

*Edited the reply to include the Flex Programme, because its existence completely flew over my head for a quick second, hence why it wasn't included in the original response.*

I have just tried to access my account as I am a flex customer but I got this message:

We’re currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.

That's a little strange. Try reaching out to the Support Team on 0333 003 3777, as they'll be able to look into this further for you.  Lines are open 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

Hi, @BeneB. That's strange. Have you reached out to the Support Team using the Helpline number provided to see if it can help access your Flex account (and resolve the error you're encountering)?

Hi @PaulM1, thanks for your comment. I have indeed. First reported this to Samsung on the 4th of Jan and have been chasing a couple of times each week since. Every time I call they say they're looking in to it but no luck so far 😕
