Total Samsung fan!

First off I'd like to acknowledge and appreciate that a fair few people have had a bad experience with Samsung products, support, etc and some continue to do. This is in no way a disrespect to that.

However, my experience has been very positive and I am deeply embedded in the Sammy "ecosystem" and have been for a number of years.

My most recent positive experience is that my claim for the recent Price Promise campaign has just been approved and I'll be getting some cashback, hopefully in time for the Boxing day sales!

Thank you Samsung for the great experience and the pleasure I continue to enjoy with the various Sammy gadgets! No doubt I will continue to be a loyal fan for a while yet!

This is great news and fantastic you get to experience Samsung at thier best.
There will obviously be some where it's not possible to get the best resolution.
But hearing about a good experience is great.
Me personally, mostly it's been an enjoyable one.
I did have an issue with my S22 Ultra that still leaves me annoyed about the customer support.
But eventually it all worked out

Also, in addition to what  @Glenntech  and @lminvti  said, don't shy away from complaining and giving critical constructive feedback when you have a legitimate issue 😉 if Samsung, or us can help we'll do, If not, your feedback will be taken on board for future update.

Well, please tell the developers to stop messing about with basic functions that do not need to be changed. Is someone just messing about to keep themselves in a job or something with nothing better to do as in create functions that are worthwhile instead of going backwards
