Hi, There was a promotion for black friday / cyber monday which included free buds if you left a review i think, pretty sure it said it would only be valid if you used the link sent via email to submit the review (or some such stipulation, should have taken a screenshot i know). No such email has arrived, Does anyone have a reference to this promotion now (can't see it online any more) or details on how to claim the buds?

Suggestion for future improvement... don't remove all reference of former promotions when they expired. Leave them up for reference.

hi same issue here - i get the email from samsung, completed the review but didnt get any sort of confirmation email saying i would 100% get the buds. its been 3 weeks now so hopefully will get something soon. i contacted samsung customer services on livechat but they couldnt help - they just said wait. I only bought the phone becuase of the deal with the buds though so hope it all works out. anyone actually got the buds yet?

my email did arrive eventually, if it helps the subject was "Tell us about your Galaxy S24 Ultra" from no-reply<at>m1.email.samsung.com. Samsung send a LOT of emails once they have your details, so it may have got lost in the deluge.

Hi I also bought s24 in november, filled out my review when i received the email on the 13th dec 24, contacted samsung a month later to see what has happened to them, i have now spoken to roughly 13 different people who say they are looking into it, i have been given umpteen case numbers, and i have yet to hear back from anyone that's after being told they will make contact after 24 hours. my last contact was me calling again 2 weeks ago, with again no update.
Samsung looks to be scamming with the lure of free buds after a review where you have no proof of them receiving your review just that they will be delivered in 14 days, this was also the reason i opted for a new phone.
Samsung customer care are absolutely clueless and will be the cause of the loss of repeating customers.
Its no wonder customers get irate.
