I ordered a S24 Ultra around a month ago, in the online sky blue colour, it said "in stock" on the website at the time and it still says in stock now yet there has been no update on my order. I ordered on the 4th April 24 the estimated delivery date was and still remains the 8th April 24. I have contact numerous 'Case Managers' each say they will give me an update in 7-10 business days. I have not received an update from either case manager. After a gruelling conversation with a Samsung Customer Support on the phone, 45 mins later all they could advise me was a case manager would be in touch in 7-10 business days.
I feel cheated. They have taken my money, not delivered and will now not communicate with me. No number to call for someone who actually works in the operations of Samsung, just someone paid to follow a script and buy time. Also the connection was so poor, regardless of a bit if a language barrier the background noise was load and crackly, sounding like the person was going for a run in a construction site (must not have a Samsung phone).
It is so disappointing not only the delays but the customer service. Why does it take a case manager 7-10 business days to search a order number? And how is it that an estimated 2 day delivery has taken a month with no end in sight.
I even asked if I could pick up my order from a local distributor or Samsung retailer instead.
Trying really had to be understanding but this is not a mum and pop run small business, these problems should have been ironed out already. Samsung you are one of the largest phone providers in the world. You have one job, provide me with my phone.
