Your guess is as good as mine. I know the customer service is absolutely horrible. So hopefully if you get something you don't have to call their number and talk to the kids in Philippines and get the runaround. I like Samsung's products but their customer service has to be the absolute worst. Unless of course you escalate and escalate and escalate and wait months and do the mental gymnastics and then you finally get a supervisor on the email that corrects the problem. But who wants to go through all that. Just make it right the first time get a better staff train them better do something monitor them. Everybody can't have the same complaint about customer service and it's wrong.
