I'm now able to progress with upgrade. There is a upgrade now at the bottom of the page. Would be interested if this works for anyone else?
However there are a couple concerns:
- Doesn't mention the ear buds any where.
- On the final page is says: "Upgrade your handset every 24 months*" Is that just a typo?, surely it should be every 12 months?

I can progress but haven't got to the point where I can see the rest as I've not been able to make a colour decision yet...
Got an internal error when I finally decided.
After a refresh it took me through and I can see 24M part you mentioned. I think this is just due to credit agreement being 24M. If you click on learn more option it advises you can upgrade in 12M time.
